Choose the style of your bikini top

Home 9 Woman 9 Choose the style of your bikini top

There is nothing better than a pretty two-piece swimsuit to really enhance your figure. Believe it or not, top models are not the only ones who can wear on-trend pieces. To make yourself irresistible on the beach or at the poolside, pick the bikini top that suits your body shape best in order to accentuate your femininity.

The classic bikini top: the triangle

The triangle is timeless and never fails to impress. If you have a more ample chest, the best style for you is a V neckline. If, on the other hand, you’re a little more flat-chested, opt for some frills to create volume.

If you have broad shoulders, choose a top with fine straps to detract attention from this area. If you’re well proportioned, any type of strap will suit you.

The bikini top for the smaller bust: the bandeau

Your smaller bust may get to you sometimes, but it’s definitely advantageous when it comes to choosing a bikini. The bandeau, with or without straps, is particularly suited to your shape.

But beware of straight lines that will flatten your chest. Instead, go for tops with curved bottoms that will accentuate the roundness of your cleavage and enhance your bust. If you are worried about your bikini top coming too loose, and don’t want to wear a more classic style, then go for an asymmetric shape: a large bright-coloured on one side only.

Don’t be afraid to try out different patterns: geometric shapes, tropical plants, hearts, ethnic prints… there’s something for everyone.

The bikini top for good support: the halterneck

The sportier amongst you will appreciate two-piece swimsuits which guarantee great support and great style. Halternecks are similar to triangle style bikinis but cover more, making you feel more secure.

Be seduced by print, plain colours (which are no less glamorous) like red or black, a top decorated with fringing or pearls get whatever you want!

The bikini top that will suit everyone: the balcony

Anyone can easily wear a balcony bikini top. It’s a great way to cover-up the bits you’re insecure about. The shape creates a push-up effect that will guarantee you fantastic cleavage.

Personalise your look by choosing from original prints, little decorations like pearls or rhinestones, or even some accessories. Fall in love with bikini tops that suit your preference allowing you to cover up, or show some skin. The main thing is that you feel beautiful and comfortable.
